Jurkost faces the problem of finding boarding house information that suits your budget and location. Apart from that, the unattractive appearance of the application makes users reluctant to explore further.

We start by understanding our users' key needs through surveys and usage data analysis. Our findings show that price transparency, ease of navigation, and accurate information about boarding house facilities are the most important things for users.

We then created JurKost by explaining superior features such as location filters based on radius, availability of specific facilities (Wi-Fi, private bathroom, kitchen), as well as monthly price simulations. The app design emphasizes simplicity with interactive map visuals, informative icons, and real-time reviews from previous tenants.
