LawConnect faces challenges in attracting the attention of people who need legal assistance and legal insurance protection. Previous sites and applications were less informative, unintuitive, and failed to build user trust due to an outdated appearance and lack of supporting features.

We began by conducting a thorough analysis of user needs, including interviews with Legal Aid clients, attorneys, and individuals seeking legal protection. Based on this data, we redesigned the LawConnect application with more complete features and oriented to user needs.

The app is designed to simplify the search for legal assistance through a lawyer search feature based on specialization, region and user reviews. Additionally, we added transparent legal insurance services with premium calculators and interactive claims guides. The new interface features a professional design with a bold color scheme and elegant typography to create a sense of trust and credibility.
